Is it too late to join?. I start the gym on 23rd April - I will be getting the scale tomorrow. I have easily put on over 50 pounds over the last 2 years. Completely out of shape and not hit the gym seriously in years/

2nd week of the gyms being back open so still adjusting to these big changes from lots of walking to an average amount and weight training.
Hopefully starting to come down in weight next week. If not I may look at adding a few cardio sessions in or tightening the calories a bit more.
Still not really worried at all due to creatine intake etc and definitely still changing in the mirror.

2/22/2021 - 199.0 with some lack of discipline, but back on it big time.
4/1/2021 - 188.6 looking to be <180 by May, then <174 by June.
Apr 2nd - 189.4
Apr 9th - 190.2 (not worried, this is an odd fluctuation. been weighing 188-187 the last couple days but ate at maintenance yesterday with lots of late fluids) - Keep it up everyone!

Forgot to update last week but making slower progress than I would like the past two weeks, still around 1lb a week but have not been as strict on my diet the past few weeks, going to keep it strict and hoping for a good update next week! Regardless, waist measurement is still going down which is most important to track body fat %!

Well gained weight this week. Kinda expected it. Had some bad days mentally so then I just eat. Had some kinda ****ty stuff with blood clots in my leg, which has happened before, for the same reason I'm fat. Just drive so much everyday. Anyways can't let a bad week throw me off. Just get back on track and get below 300 at least.2020 1rm

Waist getting smaller and lifts are progressing a bit stronger but struggling to keep volume. Weight was down to 154 during the week but ate out a few times during the week, progress slower than I would like but waist is still shedding so not too worried.

Can't take this weight as gospel....
Only just recovered from the stomach bug a couple of days ago. My weight hit lows of 82.5kg at the worst of it.
Going to have to load up on creatine again and start fresh which will take a week or more.
Changed my goal to 84.5kg so I can actually achieve something this cut 😆
Regardless I haven't gained so I definitely found my maintenance I suppose thats a bonus
