This is a good motivation thread - I'm tracking my numbers anyway but this is a good way to make sure I'm staying on track. Not looking to hit a specific weight, just trying to cut down and I started April 5th so it lines up perfectly. I lost a lot of weight the first 3 weeks but I adjusted calories to compensate:

This cut hasn't gone as well as I'd hoped it would couple of huge set backs with hurting my back and then a stomach bug. New goal of 84.5kg is still very achievable.
Definitely found my maintenance calories for my current activity levels. Going to do a day or two of cardio each week, lower calories by 200 then see how I get on this week

Nice down week last week, slightly up this week but not too worried about it - down over 2.5 inches off my waist, really starting to see some ab definition come in on the top and really happy with my progress. A lot of walking this weekend planned so hoping to see even more progress.

I am starting late on this. But it will be good posting for the last little bit and keep me accountable. Dang near the worst shape of my life, was once in good shape, but the last four years, just stop exercising and being home the last year I just started to eat bad and gain lots more fat.

May 21st - 80.5 kg (was out with a friend last night and had a couple of beers and more than usual carbs). The day before was at 80.1 kg. Will aim for better adherence next week.

Still hitting maintenance numbers.
Going to have to reduce calorie intake a bit more than I have.
Having a real problem at the moment finding the right balance.
Back in the gym lifting weights full time now where as in previous cuts gyms were closed so i was doing 3 or more 20 mile walks each week.
So I was probably getting away with eating higher than normal calories.
Another week another clean slate.
Time to clean up my act and finish the last 4 weeks in style.
Hopefully finish around the 85kg mark with a bit of effort

Missed a few weeks but still hanging in there. Gone up a couple pounds since my last check in. Been crazy the last few weeks with work and not balancing work and home time, due to too many hours of work. On the bright side the wife like the extra hours I work.

Been lurking for awhile and have been tracking on my own so I thought I would post here as extra motivation to keep my binging down.
I'm a 5'10 female on a slow cut down from 246lb. Revolving STG is to lose .5%-1% of my total body weight per week (around 1-2 lbs ATM) while keeping up my weight workouts and cardio. LTG: hit "athlete" body fat percent range (estimated at -50lbs purely because it's round)

PROGRESS IN PERIOD -8 lbs
PROGRESS THIS WEEK -1 lb (on target)

some pretty serious binging 2 days this week, but I saw significant gains in 3+ lifts and my weight still went down. Craving protein as well as simple carbs, so It's not a big surprise.
also stress over work stuff.
