Genuinely can't grumble at that after a ridiculously bad back all week which limited my exercise and also made me hit rock bottom nutrition wise but managed to pull myself out of that after a couple of bad days when I remembered how far I've come and what I've achieved so far.
The goal is real and reachable.
I have just got to take it and not quit

Inning a few days late. I did weigh in on Saturday but been trying to learn a new phone. Going from one is to another is nuts.
I did get down to 237, much better than expected.

Absolutely got on top of the nutrition this week was pretty much a fantastic week of meal planning etc.
Started Creatine loading last saturday ready for the gyms opening last monday.
Trained every morning and have doms in all trained body parts.
I hope thats the reason why I'm still above 88kg today (I have dropped under a few times this week so not overly concerned).
Going to keep pushing forward see if I can break down these walls before making anymore changes.
I did expect a stall in loss thats why my target was only set at a 6kg loss for this cut.
Target this week is to keep on top of those calories and macros.

My newest weigh in could be wrong, But I'm not 100% sure.
I've been on a super huge calorie deficit + been hiking trails daily so there's a possibility, but I'm doubtful.
Will weigh myself later today again, Sometimes digital scales aren't too reliable lol
Edit: Weighed myself in multiple different tiles/parts of the house and they all were ranging from 281-283 so...

2/22/2021 - 199.0 with some lack of discipline, but back on it big time.
4/1/2021 - 188.6 looking to be <180 by May, then <174 by June.
Apr 2nd - 189.4
Apr 9th - 190.2 (not worried, this is an odd fluctuation. been weighing 188-187 the last couple days but ate at maintenance yesterday with lots of late fluids) - Keep it up everyone!

Well dropped about 10 lbs. Sure its because I had been eating like garbage and this week have been sticking to my planned meals. Now if I could just drop 10lbs a week for the next 10 weeks. Ha. I'm sure it will level off next week or the one after. Been working alot so can only count on getting my work outs in on Monday and Friday. Just gonna keep grinding away.2020 1rm

Not too bad considering I took my kids out to see kong vs godzilla last night and smashed a huge ass popcorn and candy ontop of everything I would normally eat on a Thursday, honestly thought it would bloat me more.

I used to have issues with digital scales till I was told they needed calibrating everytime they are moved.
So with mine now I set them on a flat floor, press on them with one foot so they activate/turn on...
Then you leave it so it reads zero...
Wait till it turns off,
Then step on them properly that should give you a correct reading.
I genuinely never knew this for years my weight was up and down by 3kg each day š

I just started doing home workout after a year of not exercising. I think the weight gain is caused by DOMS since I have been keeping track of my calories and my body is still sore. Hopefully it will go down soon.
