    How Genes affect Athletic Performance

    I recently had a DNA Test completed and I was told that I have High Alpha Actinin 3 production as well as higher white muscle fibers. I just wanted to know what exactly this means?

    Greg Nuckols has a good series of articles about Drug Free Genetic Potential. Read those and you'll find out that almost anyone can make good progress with their goals and almost nobody is exceptional either in a good way or a bad way.
