Make sure more info isn't to the detriment to your workouts. I've only done BFR briefly as part of a formal clinical study. It didn't feel close to proper or 100% safe, although from a purely muscle building perspective it seems effective. That said, most lifters who do it as part of normal workouts use much lower BFR levels so it may be a diff experience. Still, IMO just lift with proper resistance if you're able to.
