I've tried several different formulas and noticed nothing from it as far as reducing joint pain.

My Naturopath recommended this supplement from AOR (Advances Orthomolecular Research) called Curcumin Active, I have used it for quite awhile and definitely notice it's helped with my joints and also improved my skin, additionally I also recommend blending turmeric powder (1 tsp) and black pepper (1/2 tsp) ((helps absorb the ingredients of Curcumin found in turmeric)) with my smoothie.

For joint pain, I have had the best results with the new Joint Support XT by SNS. It has curcumin and other ingredients.
