Hi all, I'm currently 70kg (154lbs) and 183cm (6ft) at 15 yrs old. My S/B/D is 90/70/120 in KG and my main aim is to build muscle, but also increase those main lifts if possible. I've noticed I recover very quick and am able to consistently lift 6x weekly. Right now my program consists of a rotation between Legs + Pull and a separate Push day, however I'm considering switching to an Arnold split in order to split a full body into 3 days rather than 2 so I can focus more and emphasise 2 muscle groups per workout rather than rush through a half body workout. Any suggestions on what I should do/focus on? Any advice helps, thanks in advance.
Hey bro, honestly the best thing you can do is pick a split you like and just stay consistent. I think the buff dudes did some videos on someone in your situation years back, maybe worth a watch. But all in all, don't rush progress, just stick to it for years and you will get results.
