Pinning myself on floor press... Twice

Had a pretty horrific week of training so far, at least a somewhat humourous video has come of it

I read title and I thought "how the hell do you get pinned under a floor press?"

Now I'm thinking: "You have a unique set up where you can actually get pinned under a floor press. Why floor press?"

and also I'm thinking just put something under the plates so they are a few inches higher if you fail

Haha, it’s a good job I’m not any fatter or I wouldn’t have been able to escape

I’ve got a bench but think floor press is a good variation for strength building, probs not a great idea to max on it tho hahaha
