Hey all, for the past year I have been running a log in the fat loss section and I have just hit my first full year so thought id share my progress! after a couple of half hearted failed attempts it seems the pandemic was enough to kick me into gear and get on with things. The weekly log helped me more than I thought it would, big shout out to Alexsays, Safcpaul, and anyone whos ever commented there! This is just the start and I look forward to what I can accomplish this year! my ultimate goal is to get in shape before I hit 40. I plan to get down to 175/180 and then start lean bulking to try and fill in any excess skin.
The first picture was at about 290lbs when i knew I was serious. last pic is today.
