I’m in cutting purgatory right now where I look smaller and flat because of less food/carbs but haven’t lost enough fat yet to look good. Discouraging af luckily I sort of know to just keep pushing

I have not yet. I HAVE had two days where I drank lots of alcohol and munched on Jack in the box after, but even those days I planned ahead and was still below maintenance or at the most slightly above...

I feel like I’m not deserving of a refeed yet lmfao. I’m really unhappy with how I’m looking rn, especially compared to last year. even though I’m decently lean and I KNOW I have more muscle now as I’m stronger and heavier. Mind games mane

Considering this day one again. Weighed in at 190.4 this morning. Need to drop at least 15-20 before lake and beach season.

Should be plenty of time right?

Been hovering at 167-170 the past few months but slowly getting stronger. Loose skin isn't rebounding as fast as I wanted but think I'll be in a semi better spot by summer.

i rarely lose much strength on a cut, but i never really cared if i did anyway cuz i look sicker.

i havent lifted really in 5 years, so i been getting some strength gains while i cut, which is nice.
