    Thumbs up Better deadlift technique

    Hey Guys completely new to this forum.

    Started to take powerlifting a bit more serious in recent months and want to perhaps upload a video of my deadlift technique and get advice on how to improve it.

    I am close to hitting 200kg/440lbs, I am currently doing 190kg/418lbs for 2.

    I have got several videos to check my technique and I know there is much room for improvement (its not great I don't think), especially in my back positioning. I know if I can get my technique better, I can get 200kg plus fairly easily. Perhaps get to a stage where I could potentially compete.

    Any advice would be great.

    For reference also. My stats are

    Bench Press= 140kg/308lbs 1RM
    Squat= 180kg/396lbs 1RM
    Deadlift = 190kg/418lbs 2RM

    Cheers.
