I went bowling on New Years Eve a couple years ago and hurt my middle finger. Thought I strained or something. Thing wasn't right for that ENTIRE NEXT YEAR. I even had to use a strap on just that one hand when lifting cuz my grip strength was so bad/painful. Never went in and had it looked at, but it did eventually go away after a LONG time. I thought for sure I tore ligaments or something.

It'll last much longer than that. I dislocated some knuckles during my degenerate days and because of this I had to learn southpaw once I started training.

To this day still, whenever I throw a bomb with my right hand, my knuckles will be sore for a couple of days.
