They care and we also enjoy a nice woman with a nice car. It's all fun.
A sexy woman driving a BMW, 4Runner, Audi, JEEP.... what's not to like?
Yeah it is meaningless material, but fun is fun.

If cars are your thing and as a by product women like your car then that’s just a plus
But don’t buy nice cars to impress women or your friends. Not only is that a financially illiterate beta move, but you are now having her associate your value as a potential sexual partner to the value of your (perceived) bank account. Again, beta move
I drove a decade old Toyota and will drive it for another decade. Never had an issue with chicks, but I don’t try to impress with $$$ either

This. Buying a car simply to attract a woman makes you a cuck as you millennials call it.
It is 100% true that women are attracted to the status that the car exudes. I never really had problems with women but it was typically a combination of looks, personality, charisma for me. Rarely would a woman ever approach me cold.
With the exotics, I have had countless women (average to good looking) approach me out of the blue. At the gas station, at the gym parking lot, even at the parking lot of home depot.
But like string bean says, I buy and build cars for the love of cars. I actually never have taken my cars to the bar, or to a fancy restaurant, etc. I actually dont want that kind of attention. Im more about blasing the cars down a farm road on a Sunday morning or Tuesday evening.

I think its a bit of a combo/balance. If you have NO money then yes, thats a problem but honestly would be a red flag to me too if I were to put myself in a woman's shoes.
But I would believe a good looking, socially aware dude making $250k is more attractive to women than a below average looking out of shape dude making $600k a year. Both men would probably have no problem finding a GF, but the good looking dude making less would have a higher probability of finding a higher quality woman.

I agree there are some out there but I think they are pretty few and far between but maybe its just my bubble that im living in and dont see it. I think a lot of the women that say they like cars like them for the status......not the actual appreciation for the mechanics or design. As stated, there are definitely some out there and they always suprise me when they mention things that only a car person would know. Like acknowledging my 63 lincoln is a unibody.

Basic bitches will give the below average Timothy a little bit of attention because of his BWM because they don't know it's bought used and with 200k miles on the clock. However, they will talk to their girlfriends all day long about how their pussy got stretched and creampied by Jamal who actually stole $30 from their purse to buy weed and get high while playing on his xbox.
Moral of the story is: never care about what girls say, do or think.

This. Girls make rules for betas , they make exceptions for alphas
by tryin to win her approval with a car (or watch, or certain political beliefs, or anything) you are stepping into her frame and changing your behavior based on her - when it should be the other way around
As the saying goes. Youll lose money chasing women. But youll never lose women chasing money. Guess what category 'I just bought a Mercedes Benz M Class!!! Cant wait to turn heads!!!' falls into?
