How can I use enough protein in a 1900 diet?

That's the amount I am to lose weight, but I obviously need enough protein to keep the muscle gain during this cut

How the hell can I use 145g of protein in such little calories?

    Protein powder helps

Lean meat, high protein beans, lentils, low fat dairy, eggs etc.

Chicken is your friend. I'm currently on 2000 calories for a couple more weeks, and I've been getting in ~150g no problem. Scoop of protein powder in the morning cause I'm lazy at 6am and don't want to cook, then just a few ounces of chicken with my meals throughout the day. Normally a couple eggs in there as well, and some bacon if I've got room left in my calories

Come on man, this isn't rocket science. Lean protein = chicken, egg whites, whey, greek yogurt, tuna, cottage cheese, whitefish, lean cuts of beef, etc.

    145g of protein
    65g of fats
    190g of carbs
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Chicken and tuna are perfect, but now I'm leaning more towards protein fluff and other things you can do with powder to make it more fun.

Chicken and egg white omelette with lots of fun little chillies and and peppers thrown in with some seasoning will amaze you. Super low calories.
I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

Yea its not hard while you might be under protein just counting cals and eating whatever you want a grilled chicken breast or a scoop or 2 of whey/ premixed shake and that should fix that. Just have a protein shake / chicken / w/e during a non eating time and that gets your another MPS and fixes the total amount.
