What is the difference between seated barbell shoulder press and seated military press?

There’s no such thing as seated military press.
Military press means you’re standing with your feet together. If you’re seated, it’s just called seated shoulder press*Deadlifts pants after taking a chit crew*

I’ve heard military press, overhead press and shoulder press used interchangeably. I generally use the following nonclementure when describing them:
OHP=Standing, shoulder width stance or narrower
Military press=Standing, feet together (murder for the core)
Seated= needs no explanationAge: 30
