He was a competitive bodybuilder before becoming James Bond... so you could do that, and then stop.

One of the bedrooms in a rental house of mine has James Bond movie posters on all 4 walls. Something like a dozen posters that are framed. It's called The James Bond Room. I'll take pics and post them.
