    Help choosing protein between :

Hey guys I'm trying to chose a new protein. I'm stubborn and just looking for some guidance...

    Trying to decide between:

    ProJym (I've used it)
1st phorm Phormula 1 (interested in trying)
Dymatize Iso 100 (I've used it)

I am cutting and trying to lose fat. I'm overweight and am in a caloric deficit...

MY diet is on point and I exercise regularly. Just looking for a protein powder!

i personally would look for filtered whey. not a big fan of whey concentrate because on occasion i'll get explosive diarrhea from it.

sometimes i wonder because some brands taste almost too good to be true.

nowadays i look for something that doesn't use artificial sweeteners just because it's too sweet for me...i end up chugging it anyway.

so back to taste, syntha 6 tastes damn good. my favorite ever was the original muscle milk but it was loaded with fat AND sugar....i'd drink a tub of it in a day if i could but it was very calorie dense.

Pick whichever protein powder fits your budget and macros and you like the taste. In the context of a high protein diet of varied sources, protein is protein. Protein powder is just powdered food. If you like chicken and beef, but hate fish or it makes you feel ill, don't eat fish. Same thing here.

I'd opt for Dymatize out of those every time personally.
