I should get mine in the next few days - it's entered the UK postal system. Any suggestions as to how to get a baseline reading in the UK other than my GP, who wouldn't randomly do it.

in the UK i don't know. i just looked up ultalabs which is where i usually go through, they're only in the US. i also looked up quest diagnostics, they have one location in your country but the problem with going through them directly is that they will be expensive.

i would do a google search for something in your area but i found a couple as a reference guide

one is called thepathlab.co.uk and the other is privatebloodtests.co.uk

you want to find one that has draw centerss where you walk in have your blood drawn then they'll email you your results in a few days. HIGHLY recommend a before blood test so you know after you're done with your cycle how much you've improved and this will make you decide if you'd like to continue using it.

here in the US as an example we have a chain called Quest laboratories which are the patient service center, all they do is the blood draw nothing more.

you want to get both testosterone total and free....you definitely DON'T want a test that lists "immunoassay" as the method used to determine your numbers. Testosterone Free Dialysis and Total LCMSMS are what should be listed.

IMO t-boosters don't really increase your overall level of testosterone. Sleep is still the #1 to get higher t-levels. Everything else is just a sham..

the lab must've purposely increased each and every one of my after tests, pure coincidence there was a significant increase each and every test over the course of a year.

I've got lower than normal (400 ish for a 38 year old) T from some bad life style choices during lockdown, poor sleep, high cortisol and recent surgery. My plan is a home brew natty test booster of ashwagandh, d aspartic acid and fenugreek. Obviously limit alcohol, lift like a beast and get plenty of sleep. I'll get an after blood works towards the end of the year. I wanted to try give myself the best shot of regaining my past natty levels before investigating the TRT options.

I'm put off bulbine because of the potenial liver / kidney issues, given that i've probably already ****ed mine up.

I had a cwp blood test done at the end of one cycle, liver was fine but then again I only take two caps a day.

You’ll rebound fast I wouldn’t be overly concerned…if you look at my labs my one “before” lab was at 586 but the after shot up to 1070.

Today was supposed to be my blood draw and I couldn’t make it….correction: I could have but it wouldn’t have been until 11am or so when typically I’d have blood drawn around 8am each and every time. Will try to make it Monday morning otherwise I’m adding one extra week to the cycle.

Had blood drawn this morning, bad idea because i was out late and no sleep but screw it. If this stuff is as effective as it has shown to be i shouldn't be affected that much. Draw was at around ten minutes after 8 so consistent with my past tests.

officially been over a year now, about 14 months.

Very interested in starting the booster. Just want to confirm, would I NEED to take any other supplements with it to get the most out of the booster? Would I need to cycle off the booster or just take the recommended dose until I run out? If I take any of the other products do they need to be cycled off?

You wouldn’t HOWEVER…..you need to have your diet and exercise plan dialed in before taking one.

Second, your age. I take it because I’m 46. When I was in my 20’s and early thirties I had never checked my levels. Not until I was 36 did I check.

I don’t think it’s beneficial to someone who has clinically low levels (under 220) because it’s made for someone who needs a boost, not to cure any disease or fix an endocrine system.

Yes you do need to cycle off, the maker of the product doesn’t want you on it permanently. I’d recommend going to his site for more info on that.

The diet and exercise is important for the following reason on the next reply I’ll put up in the thread.

Ok guys got my results (I’ll post screen shots later):

    Total testosterone 872 (220-1100 reference)
    Free testosterone 153 (35-155 reference)

Numbers are the lowest post cycle that they have been in over a year. I blame me and I think here’s why.

I didn’t sleep the night before, hadn’t worked out the week leading up to the test and have put on weight since the last cycle by eating a lot of garbage. I was 190 the morning of the test, he wants you taking three caps a day at that weight.

So, excuses on my end and not following instructions but still good results.

Thanks for the update, pretty amazing results. Did you get a liver function test with the blood work? As before, that’s my main concern about the product.

Also, do you drink any alcohol on cycle?

This time around I didn’t do a cwp (comprehensive wellness profile) which includes liver function numbers. My last test where I did one at the end of my cycle my AST was at 17 and my ALT at 20 (both excellent numbers) and my bilirubin at .5 (also a great number).

This was at two caps a day like it’s always been but I really should lose some weight because that extra ten pounds (most from fat) may be lessening the effects unless I up the dosage which I don’t want to. This is a good, safe range for me based on my numbers.

I had some alcohol this cycle (few drinks well before i tested) but I don’t think enough to cause a significant drop in levels. I think it was a combo of not sleeping enough this last week and the weight gain or not high enough of a recommended dosage.

ok crunched some numbers, did 11 blood draws over the past 14 months.

after taking my average before and afters from both total and free test i came up with 867 total average and 141 free average. compared it with the stats over at androgen hacker and i can't deny that this is a serious product. no, it's not going to give you slabs of muscle without a great diet and hard training. it will keep you in the upper end of the scale so if you're already into your mid 40's plus (like i am) you'll have levels as high as you may have when you were twenty years younger.

psa blood draw last november showed my level being .8 so safe on the prostate but i will get that done again later this year during my physical.

those of you who have tried it PM your results if you don't want to post them on here.

You've probably posted this before, but did you notice any effect on your T levels when not on the booster i.e. are you lower than you otherwise would be when not on the product?

Sleep quality…I become very drowsy like clockwork at 10pm and wake up more refreshed. That’s number one.

Another thing that’s interesting is workout recovery. I can push myself beyond hard and the soreness isn’t as bad. I once didn’t work legs for a few weeks then did a very intense, long leg workout. Multiple sets of squats finishing with a 20 rep set. Went to leg press, extensions, curls, glute bridges, etc. typically I couldn’t get off the toilet the next day. This time it was a significant reduction.

Also haven’t been sick, I honestly need to believe elevated levels are good for your immune system. That could also be from my high dose vitamin D daily and cycling dhea but I only started the dhea this past New Years (dr mark gordon recommendation). It’s interesting because my 1071 test results yielded a dhea level of only 232. Dhea btw did nothing to raise my total testosterone.

    Quick update:

One week from today will be my 4 week post cycle blood draw. On the same day (morning of) I will do a mail in saliva test as well. These are sold in drug stores for around 50-70 dollars. I got one on clearance for 6 bucks at Walgreens, the brand is called Everywell and it measures free testosterone only.

Instructions say to fill the vial with saliva within half an hour of waking up, to make a fair comparison I was thinking of doing it right when I pull up to the clinic so it more closely matches my blood draw which is typically an hour to an hour and a half of waking up.

If anyone has any input on saliva testing let me know!

I've done saliva before but would of loved to compare versus blood

Now I'm curious to see how it compares to your previous results

You know what then I should do it at the same time…right before I walk in to the clinic to see how close the figures are to each other.

You’ve done blood also correct? Had no idea you had done a saliva test. One of the guys I’ve been pm’ing with did saliva tests as recommended by his doctor.

I haven't actually started on mine yet as I am really struggling to train - ankle is fubar, and I have damaged a ligament in my knee, and it's just kicked my depression off big time.

Just wondering if you've done any analysis of what time you've been taking them, and the results. E.g. 1 cap before a workout, 1 after, or 2 before, or 1 morning, 1 evening etc.

Keen to get this spot on when I actually start taking them.

yes i take them every day 12 hours apart so for me my doses go like this:

wake up at 7am, chug my morning 20 plus ounces of water, wait 10-15 minutes and take my first dose. make sure i don't eat for at least 20 minutes (per mikes instructions). my next dose is around 7pm, sometimes a bit before or after depending on my level of fullness. if i still feel full from eating earlier in the day i'll wait longer.

so the rules per mike are like this. take it on an empty stomach and split your doses up evenly. if you can only do two doses a day and have to take more than 2 pills, take your first two together in the morning and last two together later in the day. if you can he'd rather you divide them up evenly, for me it's easy since i only take two and just space them 12 hours apart.

according to the instructions i should be taking 3 caps a day not 2 anymore. if you weigh over 180lbs you should be taking 3 and i'm currently closer to 190lbs. when i first began i was under 180 and have just stuck with that the entire time.

i would start taking it anyway, increases in testosterone make most people feel better, that might be the perfect way to mitigate depression. you also get a little bit of a dopamine hit from it, forgot which ingredient is known for that.

i started taking it when gyms were closed early on during covid. it can't hurt and you'll have a head start is how i'm looking at it.

Haven’t logged in here for a while but had blood drawn this past Saturday after finishing another cycle. This time around I didn’t post any “before” labs since I never got around to them. Regret it now since I’m wondering where I was and how much I increased since.

    Total testosterone: 842
    Free testosterone: 120.6
    Estradiol: 27
    DHEA: 341

I added the estradiol test just to see where I was since it had been a year since I last tested that one. Dhea I also wanted to check since I’ve tried doing two pumps of a topical dhea to see if it worked/increased my levels AND since it helps keep my eczema away.

These are my lowest post cycle numbers, particularly the free which is a good number but not these outrageous results I was used to seeing.

I was pretty sick the week of the blood draw including the day of. I’m wondering if that would have anything to do with it. Extreme lethargy and one of the worst headaches I’ve ever had.

I also received a message from a user of the booster in my PMs stating that his cholesterol and liver enzymes increased post cycle. I haven’t checked the last couple cycles but back in May all my numbers were normal mid cycle, I’ll do some labs in a month again.

Also, I’ll post a screenshot of my results as usual either tonight or tomorrow.

Yes I’ve been googling and that’s what I’ve been reading. Also found out increased dhea levels don’t translate into an increase in testosterone although that’s not what I use it for (some market it as such). Dhea is good at increasing dhea.

Alright guys got some info…I mentioned in my last blood draw I wasn’t feeling good that week. Got way worse for the next couple weeks turns out I had Covid and had no idea. Pretty much a low grade fever that lasted about two and a half weeks. No wonder I didn’t feel right.

Haven’t taken the booster since that cycle but will start up again tomorrow and do another 8 weeks. Not getting a before test just an after test since I’m getting tired of needles, it was a year long experiment that was expensive and inconvenient with all the blood draws however I got the data I wanted.

Hope this thread has helped people.
