throughout the course of a cycle, especially close to the end of one you didn't notice anything? better sleep, less soreness? those were my two biggest. leg day used to kill me and with this soreness wouldn't be as bad.

so what you're saying is that it didn't work for you lol

seriously though that sucks and i realize it's a hit or miss for some based on the PM's i received from those who tried. one user told me his cholesterol levels skyrocketed post cycle. another told me he wanted to hump everything he saw. yet another almost doubled his total AND free T but didn't actually feel much from it.

sorry man, i was convinced at some point you'd tell me how great it worked for you.

Your free will be off the charts, wouldn’t be a bad idea to take something to prevent an excess from aromatizing into estrogen at that point. I’m doing DIM and eating broccoli sprouts every day along with taking curcumin.

Seriously I think you should try a cycle and see where your numbers are after 8 weeks. I frequently email Mike with questions guy has been nothing but helpful.
    I'm at 771 ng/dl for Total and 154.8 pg/ml (35-155 pg/ml) as a NATTY. This product looks promising. I've only taken Tongkat Ali as a T-booster.

as far as workouts go, i don't get near the level of soreness that i used to. my body seems to recover much faster. at first i thought it was all in my head but you don't suddenly get this amazing recovery ability at age 46. my only guess is that it has to be the booster.
I take full spectrum cbd oil and it really helps deepen my sleep. My dream recall is way up. I even have higher testosterone when I'm on it.

It is…it worked as advertised. I wasn’t on the lower side to begin with but it took me from average to above average. Biggest benefit was in the free testosterone which is what you have access to. I already bought some tongkat ali back when I heard Andrew huberman talking about it but still haven’t used it.

    Manwitta,

Thanks for starting this thread and for the diligence you've put into your bloodwork! Found your thread a while back and kind of bookmarked it. I've been back on lifting steadily since September and experiencing consistent strength gains. Since starting GST about a month and a half ago it's been even more dramatic. I'm not noticing any change in appearance as far as muscle growth or fat loss, however, even though my diet and macros have been on point. I had my t levels checked about 5 years ago and I was on the low end of normal and hence was not eligible for TRT at the time (which in retrospect I'm glad I wasn't). I've been on DHEA, D3 (5,000-10,000iu) and a multi-vitamin pretty consistently for the last year or so, and added Zinc and fish oil about a month or two ago. Anyway I'm thinking this would be worth a shot so I ordered 2 bottles. I'll do an 8-week cycle to start and report back with any changes I notice as far as body composition, sleep, overall wellbeing or anything else.

I’m glad you’re following a program and thanks for the words I did it because I didn’t want to be spending money without results.

Two bottles is plenty, they’re not cheap but should get you a full 8 week cycle. Remember to follow the guidelines and not go over, he stresses that more is not better.

You can would go through ultalabtests and add a 20 percent coupon code. You’ll get your blood drawn for 40 bucks (both free and total testosterone). I’d try and make sure you get sleep the night before and I always try and go at 8am, not sure if earlier would be better. This is about two hours after my wake up time.

Curious to see where you are and how much they go up.

My physique changes are diet related but I do notice that I can push harder without soreness and as I’ve mentioned many times sleep quality.

Yeah, my diet has been on point though for the last 2 1/2 months and I haven't noticed any changes in body composition, even though I am making huge gains in strength. I've read that low testosterone will do this - inhibit your ability to build muscle but not really affect your ability to get stronger.

Honestly I probably won't be doing blood work at this time even though I know I probably should. I'm trying to save as much money as I can until I get my finances in order with the career change I've made. I may do it at a later time. But I'll be doing my best to document any tangible or intangible benefits I may experience through this trial run. After all, numbers can give you evidence that a product is working as it should, but it's the actual benefits that we're really interested in, right?

I am curious, though - did you ever decide if you thought the slight drop in your numbers since the beginning of your 1st year was more due to factors such as changes in diet/covid, etc. or just diminishing returns?

I would say it’s a combination of things…I always weighed under 180 and ballooned up to almost 200 when full. That was ALL fat gain and factor in being sick I’m sure all those were contributing factors. I never went over 2 caps a day.

Blood drawn this morning gents, results in a couple days. 6.5 hours of sleep but no cold sniffles or anything so should be accurate. Blood drawn at regular time of 8am for consistency.

Nice, looking forward to hearing the results.

I'm pretty sure you had covered this before and said that you are doing 8 week cycles, but is there any specific reason for not doing the full 12 weeks like it says on the bottle?

I got my order and started the regimen on Tuesday. I've been following it as close as I can, taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, waiting at least close to 30 min. before eating, then taking the second capsule 30 min. before my last meal of the day.

I just followed the label instructions where it says 8 weeks on four weeks off…I remember reading on mikes site where he mentions up to 12 weeks on but I don’t want to risk any side effects from the bulbine. I’ve done blood work during a cycle and my liver numbers were in the normal range. I’ve been playing it safe as best I can.

This is a great log. Only thing holding me back is the cost but it's nice to know it works. Since I weigh 175lbs I suppose a cycle of it wouldn't be as costly as it would for some.

You’d only need 2 caps a day like I’ve been using. When I ballooned up to mid 190s this past winter I emailed mike and he said still stick with the two caps since it was bf I had put on. I’m back down to under 180 as of last week. I had my dhea tested as well and those results were emailed to me (I’m only at 312 this time around, optimal for men is over 380).

Btw I had messaged you back in reply to your 3-28 message not sure if you’ve seen it.

I did see that. Thank you very much.

I think I'll place an order here mid summer and give it a shot with 2 bottles.

How are you having your labs done?

The lab here charges $90 for a blood draw to look at Total T and Free. Didn't you say it was only costing your $40?

You go to ultalabtests dot com and once there look up test number 36170 or search “testosterone” and look for a test that has free and total…it should be that number. It’s 39 bucks then add a 20 percent coupon code it’ll discount to 32 but the draw fee is 8 dollars to it’ll be 40 total.

You then pick any quest location that’s near you. No reason to ever pay more than that, if you have a hard time getting a code on their site tell me and I’ll find you one but there always on the main page.

    My results post cycle:

    595 total
    69 free

This is easily the lowest post cycle by far. The free is an even bigger concern, it’s at least 30 points lower than a PRE booster cycle. Have no idea why my numbers are this terrible and am guessing if I wasn’t on the booster they’d be even lower than that.

One big factor and not sure how this would affect the numbers, I’ve been on a cutting diet (day of blood draw almost 7 weeks).

I had dropped 15lbs leading up to that day and my calories were at least 500 less a day every day leading up to it. I also began creatine a month before the blood draw so I’m reality I’m guessing I had more of an 18lb drop of total weight.

I started my cut weight the most I ever have in my life, 194 upon waking but as high as 199 on a day when I’d eat a lot. As of the blood draw I was 179 and I usually don’t see my abs unless I’m 165 so still have some time to go. Throughout the day I feel hungry and added cold showers back in my routine a few weeks ago (wim hof method).

Any thoughts, input? I’ll email mike with this info.

I don’t know man it’s possible but those numbers are lower than my numbers before ever using the booster. Especially the free.

I talked to two guys at the gym who dabble with other products I can’t mention on the forum, they said this is normal for a natural guy.

Been cycling it for about a year and a half. Never dieted to this extreme while on it. Wrote to mike he said it’s normal for test levels to drop while dieting. My total on a cut is still at 595 which is not bad considering I’m 47. It’s the free number that’s my concern but what I’ll do is be patient finish my cut (about 6 more weeks) and then stay in a maintenance. By the time I begin and end my next 8 week cycle it’ll be mid July. I think by then it’ll be back up to normal. I’ve been dropping 2lbs a week on average WHILE having started a creatine cycle so in reality I’ve probably lost more along 18lbs of fat since my diet started. We shall see.

Just out of curiosity have you tried the Matador diet? After a little research that's what I started doing. You basically lose about 5 lbs of fat per month but it's structured to alternate 2 week maintenance/2 week cut so your body doesn't adjust and you don't lose muscle. During my last 2 week cutting phase I continued to increase in strength even though I was only eating 70 percent of my maintenance.
Progress from February to August 2022

    1RM's @170 lbs.:
    Bench - 160 to 220
    Squat - 195 to 285
    Lat Pulldown - 195 to 275
    Overhead Press - 115 to 155
    Rack Pull - 320 to 500

I never even heard of it until this, I’ll look it up. My strength has gone up BUT I’m doing exercises I typically wouldn’t do it could be short term neural adaptation. That and the stimulants pre workout. I don’t want to start the booster until I’m done with my cut but won’t hit my goal in less than two weeks I need about six.

Seriously though I’ll look into the matador it might be a good option for me.
