Here’s what I’ll do
When I get home I’ll find the literature on the science behind the ingredients and how they work and post it
My next blood draw I’ll get a complete panel done depending how much it costs but I don’t want to spend too much however it’ll be worth it if someone like yourself can analyze and see what’s going on
I don’t have much of an understanding of the other hormones and how the pieces work

this is a few paragraphs i copied off the site, not sure if this helps if it doesn't i'll find something more appliacable. this is one of the four ingredients in the product
"ProLensis™ is a multi-faceted compound in all of the ways it exerts its positive effects on the hormonal balance of the body.
In regards to testosterone, ProLensis™ increases GnRH-LH signaling, and also increases cholesterol in the testes. These distinct processes are important for testosterone synthesis. GnRH, or Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone, is released from the hypothalamus in the brain. In turn, this stimulates the release of LH, or Luteinizing Hormone, from the pituitary. LH is the hormone that directly stimulates cells (called Leydig Cells) in the testes to release testosterone. Evidence shows that ProLensis™ can stimulate LH 169% compared to study controls.*
By enhancing GnRH-LH signaling, ProLensis™ amplifies the process by which testosterone is stimulated, akin to turning up the volume on a stereo.
In cooperation with this, ProLensis™ also elevates levels of testicular cholesterol. Cholesterol is the equivalent of raw material in the testes job of creating testosterone. The cholesterol is taken up into the mitochondria of the testes where it is processed into pregnenolone. From this stage, it is converted into sex steroids and glucocorticoids. Due to cholesterol’s status as a raw material, it’s uptake into the testes is the rate-limiting step in sex steroid synthesis. This manifests into a marked increase in testosterone of 347%, as shown in research.
In other words, testosterone creation can only be enhanced if testicular cholesterol levels are elevated. In doing this, ProLensis™ increases testosterone output.
ProLensis™ is also a powerful aphrodisiac that contains phytochemicals that drive the machinery involved in sperm production and sex drive.
In addition to the effects on blood flow to sexual organs that the alkaloid phytochemicals exert, researchers have hypothesized that other constituents of ProLensis™ may act directly on the central nervous system, modulating the action of neurotransmitters. Unbeknown to some, neurotransmitters such as serotonin play a very large role in the complicated science of sex drive.
By influencing neurotransmitters, the bioactive agents present in ProLensis™ further augment the aphrodisiac effect of the extract.
The investigation into ProLensis™ has also demonstrated a marked decrease in estrogen levels. This decrease is as much as 35% in comparison to study controls. While the researchers do not speculate why this may be the case, they do speculate that this reduction in estrogen may be partly responsible for the increased testosterone.
In summary, ProLensis™ exerts several favorable effects on the hormonal milieu, documented in the table below."

yes
number one difference has been sleep, not sure why but my sleep patterns are improved. what's interesting is that i haven't read that it is supposed to help with that but for me that's the most noticeable effect. second would be i haven't been sick. i've had a pretty crappy immune system and would get sick at least once very bad every winter. this past year nothing...and my stress level has been much higher due to work assignment transfer, long commute that i never used to do, my side business shut down, etc. in other words whatever could go wrong did go wrong and yet i didn't get sick.
as far as workouts go, i don't get near the level of soreness that i used to. my body seems to recover much faster. at first i thought it was all in my head but you don't suddenly get this amazing recovery ability at age 46. my only guess is that it has to be the booster.

2 a day even though i've been weighing a bit over 180 lately, i did one cycle for 3 a day and my levels were coincidentally lower that cycle....probably my lowest since i began. mike said more is not better stick with the guidelines. i'm ok with it plus it's cheaper like that. when i buy 5 it lasts me about a year, from a timeline perspective it's the cheapest supplement i'm using at an average of 13 bucks a month.

yes i think doing the labs for the first time is the only way to go, this way if you're not happy you don't use it again and don't have to spend any money. if you see a significant change then you'll know to keep it in your stack long term. for myself it's been consistent but i like keeping a log, at some point i'll stop doing the labs.

per mikes recommendation which i have been following split them evenly, i was really good about taking them 12 hours apart always on an empty stomach. one is always first thing in the morning and one early evening. this last cycle with vacation i screwed up and took my evening dose with food a few times.

Same! I'm going to give it a shot starting some time in July. I'll keep a detailed Program / Nutrution / Sleep as well.
Are there any tests in particular that would be helpful in reviewing?
Other than the 'before' baseline tests, when would be good timing to take additional tests for comparison? Every month? Halfway in and then at the end?
I wonder if Finasteride would have any effect on the results.
Thanks! I'll purchase on the 4th then
I'm not sure if I'm on the mailing list yet. I submitted a form on their 'Contact Us' page requesting the mailing list but we'll see.► Intermediate Bodybuilding Classic Physique ► Renaissance Periodization Programming

ideally a full male hormone panel would be the way to go but that will be pricey, i did a basic male hormone panel back in october i think. tested total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, dhea, insulin and PSA (prostate specific antigen).
i would do the free and total test, at the minimum you want that one. free is what you have access to and the number that gives the result you're looking for. the bottom line is this is a testosterone booster, checking the testosterone would be the priority.
mike recommended that i do (if possible):
test total and free
estradiol
dhea
igf 1
pregnenalone
insulin
vitamin D
he said the goal is to have ALL these in the optimal range

per his page 2 caps in the morning (empty stomach upon waking) and one in the late afternoon. every day for the last 25 years i wake up and chug 20-24 ounces of water then wait a good 15-20 minutes before i have anything. been doing this based on a japanese study from the late 60's. so whenever i say in the morning on an empty stomach i like to have water before anything else. don't mind my rambling, had to throw that in there.
i'm 46 i'll be 47 later this year, never changed the default setting on here and thank you. my screenshots have my age at the top, at least the first few i posted. wanted to be as thorough as possible when posting this.
going to add in case you didn't see this part, drawing blood early in the morning fasted for at least 12 hours is VERY important. our levels drop throughout the day. my labs were very consistent with being drawn as close to 8am as possible with every test for consistency.
the testosterone total test is NOT an immunoassay, i had read that if you do that test there can be a margin of error with b vitamins. so make sure to take a draw that lists it as dialysis or ms. i also stop taking my vitamins 2 days before a blood draw to eliminate any potential error.
