I saw some guys talking about this bulbine stuff on here and got some on Amazon cheap. It actually made me super horny. The best way to boost is an estrogen blocker plus animal stack. 6 oxo was banned but you can google the ingredients and find another brand. 6 oxo and animal stack was all I used. I would stay strong and horny

yes bulbine is powerful although it does bring with it side effects, hence the cycling and making sure not to go over a calculated amount. the supporting ingredients from what i've read can also mitigate potential side effects, it's a well thought out formula.

and as i mention to everyone, consistent results based on the labs.

as far as workouts go, i don't get near the level of soreness that i used to. my body seems to recover much faster. at first i thought it was all in my head but you don't suddenly get this amazing recovery ability at age 46. my only guess is that it has to be the booster.
But what's the science behind it? What is causing that? The gains are good too? Do you wanna **** more since increase of T ? Lol

See post 122 for how it works if that’s what you mean by science, unless you mean how the labs measure my test levels you’d have to look up how it’s done.

I don’t want to say my gains are from the booster because I hadn’t worked out due to covid and then when I began I steadily increased my strength and slowly began losing bf. Reason I say I don’t want to give all credit to the booster is because of muscle memory, I think after not working out for months then hitting the gym while upping the nutrition will get anyone that is healthy gains.

Don’t notice any difference in libido, increase or decrease. My live in gf is 22 and I’m 46, she works better than any hormone ever can.

Nice. Do you remember how long it took to feel a difference after you first started using it?

honestly i didn't "feel" a difference, just noticed patterns. Didn't get sick this entire winter WHILE dealing with a lot of public, was easier for me to fall asleep and sleep quality improved. It's not like i felt a rush of energy, more like i don't get worn out easily. I can barely get soreness from workouts nowadays where before it felt like a first time the next day every time. Maybe if my levels to begin were on the low normal side i would have noticed more.

I'll see how much my levels have dropped in 4 weeks, usually they don't drop too much. One cycle where i was at 1071 i took 9 weeks off as opposed to 4 weeks and went down to 724. Wanted to make sure the supplement was completely out of my system, the maker recommended a 6 week washout for that to happen.

Buy Ritalin online To Treat ADHD

Ritalin is a prescribed medicine and central nervous system stimulant. It affects chemicals in the nerves and brain that contribute to impulse and hyperactivity control. Ritalin uses to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attention deficit disorder (ADD), and narcolepsy. You can buy Ritalin online from any online medical store but farma-health is the best online store where you can buy Ritalin online.

Got my 4 week post cycle results today:

    787 total testosterone
    135 free testosterone

    that's a 134 and 34 point drop respectively

this is a bigger drop than i'm usually used to, not sure why. i drastically reduced red meat all month and was doingn one plant protein shake daily (mostly for the higher fiber), i doubt that's the reason (was doing a personal experiment).

i can't complain though, 787 is still a good number. i will post the lab either later on or tomorrow.

began taking two caps a day this past monday which starts off the first week of my 8 week cycle.

    Ha ha yeah i do!!!

there are some little things that i did differently: no deadlifts this past month, only 3 leg days in the last month also. no ginger like i was doing (minimum 2 grams a day) as charles poliquin recommended. also didn't do the brazil nuts like i did religiously, something else big chuck always recommended. earlier that week i only got 6-7 hours a sleep a few days in a row vs my usual 8...who knows if that would have all added up but it could have.

Sounds good. Have you tried a 12 week cycle before, or did you just feel like 8 on and 4 off was good for you? I asked him about cycle length, and he said 12 on and 4 off is the ideal cycle.

oh wow, no i haven't tried that

i went according to the label directions never knew you should go longer....i read the study on bulbine and wanted to play it safe with a shorter cycle

i'll do 12 this time around never even thought of that

and on another note which i mentioned in the pages earlier, even with a 9 week OFF cycle my levels were decent in the low 700's and my free was still good at around 113. still haven't cracked 1100 but was over 200 on the free which is insane (coincidentally that's when i felt my best).

Surprise there were any positive results.

However if it’s more than $20-25 per bottle… you’re better off getting the real thing.

and on another note which i mentioned in the pages earlier, even with a 9 week OFF cycle my levels were decent in the low 700's and my free was still good at around 113. still haven't cracked 1100 but was over 200 on the free which is insane (coincidentally that's when i felt my best).
Yeah, the bottle says 8 weeks on. Somewhere on the website it said 12. So, that's why I asked, and he said 12 was ideal. When did you have 200 free? Was it during the middle of a cycle?

I'm at 2 weeks on right now, and possibly feel some subtle differences. I didn't get a blood test before, so I'll be trying to decide if I want to continue after 4 weeks based on how I feel. Thanks for posting your results.

I'll be bulking from ~ 185/190 lbs to ~ 205/210 lbs over 16 weeks on an intermediate bodybuilding split based on Renaissance Periodization programming.

Daily supplements, 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off:
    • 3 capsules of Aggressive Strength
    • 2 capsules of R.E.D.
    • 5 g Creatine
    • 600 mg N-Acetyl Cysteine

I expect this to increase testosterone:
    • Ashwagandha
      Effective Dose: 500-1000 mg daily
I'll be taking: 585 mg daily
    • Shilajit
      Effective Dose: 200 mg daily
I'll be taking: 300 mg daily
    • Mucuna Pruriens
      Effective Dose: 100-200 mg daily
I'll be taking: 525 mg daily
    • Creatine
      Effective Dose: 5 g daily
      I'll be taking: 5 g daily

    I don't expect much from:
    • Stinging Nettle
    • Maca

I have no idea how effective this will be:
    • ProLensis (Bulbine Natalensis)
    • Rhadiolife Wild Siberian Rhodiola Extract

I'll check back in around November with results

it was after finishing an 8 week cycle, i do all my tests before i begin a cycle then the very next day after my last dose, i time all of them so i show up at the lab and draw blood on a saturday at 8am....this last test was around 8:20 they were busier than usual.

my free number has never been that high, the next highest was this last ON cycle which was 169. i've been consistent with the 8 weeks on 4 weeks off for a year now but there was that one OFF cycle where i stayed off for 9 weeks total. i asked him if that's safe because both times i was flagged by the lab as being above normal, he said it's safe and isn't too high.

i'd say the bulbine is the one most effective in raising levels, it's also the ingredient that has been shown to cause liver damage in rats. i had my levels checked post cycle (probably my 4th cycle) and they were in the safe zone, no red flags. the study was done with a very high dose.

i've never used RED but made my own concoction in the past, can't tell if it did anything but i did take the ingredients consistently and it was during my cycle where i was at 1071 total. can't say if it actually did anything though, my results have been good without it.

shilajit has been shown to increase testosterone levels and it's pretty cheap, i don't use it because i want to know which product is working although i have used it before. maybe i'll use it during an off cycle.

I'm willing to be a lab rat here, but I'm taking some precaution.

The main reason I'm taking N Acetyl Cysteine along with these supplements is to help protect my liver and kidneys.

A few years back I had signs of fatty liver, but my doctor told me the vast majority of people receive those indicators and not to worry. Dropped a lot of fat, increased muscle mass, stopped alcohol, and took N Acetyl Cysteine. A year later the fatty liver indicators were gone. I want to believe there is some correlation there, but it may just be wishful thinking.

In the emergency rooms, acetaminophen induced liver failure is treated with N Acetyl Cysteine. That's basically what got me interested in using it as a supplement.
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/art...20and%20toxins.

The direct effect of NAC supplementation is that it increases in Glutathione levels. Glutathione in turn reduces toxicity and even reverses damage in the liver.
    https://www.hindawi.com/journals/crihep/2019/4730381/

After some research there have been several studies suggesting NAC plays an important role in detoxification, as well as other positive effects, such as reducing fat around the liver.
    https://lipidworld.biomedcentral.com...44-020-01274-y

There are some concerns about long term supplementation of NAC, which is why I'm cycling NAC, but the overwhelming research indicates it has a beneficial role in both liver and kidney protection from toxins.

So, if I know I'm going to be supplementing with chemicals that are known to cause liver damage or increase toxicity, I'll take NAC along with it for peace of mind.
