    I've been taking Mr. Hyde test surge for almost a month straight. Great workouts every morning, and my dink loves this for me too for when I zerg rush Hinge.

    My fav pre-work out so far has been GAT nitraflex. 300 mg caffeine with all of the pump stuff in it too.

    Currently pwo free as I'm broke so I drink coffee instead.

    The only times I had weird blood results was from taking PWOs 4-5 times a week. Was legit 5x worse than the OJ I normally drink. Srs.

    Please brahs, if you're going to take a PWO, be sure to get one from a reputable brand.

    Funny thought though, many people will drink that amount of caffeine or more in a day while sucking down 500cal worth of sugary drinks.
