Hope your MRI finds out whats causing those problems.
Have you checked your blood pressure and cholesterol levels? Maybe see if you can get a comprehensive blood test done while waiting for your MRI
Aspirin (blood thinner) doesnt seem to need a prescription, maybe take a tablet of aspirin each day for a month and see if it helps. (disclaimer: Im not a doctor lol)

I actually had a similar situation a few years ago when i was 27, but it was most likely a minor TIA
Lesson learned: cut out the high stim, caffeinated pre-wo garbage
Woke up, did what i did every day and slammed down my pre, about half hour later i got dizzy, blurry vision, slurred speech, knew something was def. up, I had my gf take me to the ER - ran all the tests on me but found nothing wrong, i was there for a few hours and symptoms went away and i was discharged later that day
I am completely healthy and had no preexising conditions, at that point in time i was ingesting several hundred mgs of caffeine each day, along with the shady pre-wo i was taking that i later found out had other harsh and banned stims in
I have no doubt it was the pre that temporarily fukced me up, be careful and stay safe bros, its not worth it to mess around with this stuff

Thanks for sharing op.
Last year I kept getting very tight chest that would immobilise me, like a rock was pressing on the middle of my chest. I’d get anxiety about getting it.
One day I got that tight chest whilst exercising, got sweaty, faint, dizzy, shoulders and back muscles tightning and needed to just rest and close my eyes whilst my heartbeat was going very fast and I felt like I wasn’t getting any oxygen to my brain.
Went to a doctor, had X-rays, blood test, ecg, ultrasound of the heart and all came back fine. Except for the ecg the first time but it was fine the 2nd time.
Took some pills for a couple of weeks, blood thinners I think as my cholesterol levels was slightly higher than normal and I haven’t had an attack like that in over a year, the tight chest thing only happens occasionally now too. Docs don’t know what happened but initially suspected angina.
So ye, not much help really and not much you can do when docs can’t tell you wtf is wrong.

Glad it didn't end up really bad. It's a huge killer in many countries and even if you survive your life can easily be changed forever. My friends mum had a stroke and lost movement in half of her body. She has to live the rest of her life in a rehabilitation/care facility.
Everyone goes about their day as if it's a certainty but it can change at any hour. That's not to say you should live in fear but you should reevaluate your lifestyle to help at least reduce the chances of many diseases and conditions.EoR is powered by unique Nanomolecular Hyperdispersion Technology. Ive known ive had anxiety since I was a kid but I know how it feels.
Unless it morphed into different symptoms suddenly this year
I got a more detailed blood test and urine test last week.
The few times I went to er, they did the basic blood tests but said everything was fine
so shrug.
my suspicion is vestibular neuritis but the breathing sht and arm numbness, chest tightness is very shady and not sure if its in the same conditionDoordasher crew (SRS)

This is actually true for the most part . The only reason I’m alive today is because of alcohol.
I really owe everything to drinking , as if I hadn’t been drinking there’s a good chance my blood would not have been thinned out enough , and I would have had a massive stroke back when it was undiagnosed.
I take pills now that I’m aware of my condition, and it explains why I felt sicker when I didn’t drink often enoughMake Misc great again

Sorry that this has happened to you op. I had a pretty bad stroke a dozen years ago and can relate to almost everything that you describe. Feel free to PM me if you have questions on what you can expect. I guess that you already know this, but you find out just who your real friends are when something like this happens.

During the stroke I only had one objective: survive. Worry about other stuff later.
After the worst part of the stroke subsided I ask doctors if I could recover and they just said 'it varies for each person'. I did research on my phone in the hospital and found that the first 3 months after stroke your brain has very high plasticity meaning it can learn new things quickly, with the first month being by far the most plastic. During this time you can re-learn how to use your body again very quickly. Brain plasticity would decrease significantly after 6 months.
So I came to the conclusion that
1) I don't know how much I can or cannot recover until I've tried my best to recover during the first few months. So at this moment it is pointless to 'mourn your losses' because you haven't permanently lost anything yet and it'll just drain your energy and motivation. At this time (first 3-6 months after stroke) you need 100% energy dedicated to rehabilitation. If I wanted to mourn and be depressed I can do so after 1 year later if I have been unsuccessful at recovering. Joints lose mobility become tight and weak very rapidly each day they are unused so it is essential to start stretching and working your body asap.
2) A plan is needed to recover most effectively. I had to chunk my goals into steps. With the ultimate goal of being able to work, do martial arts and lift heavy.
my plan was broken into:
legs:
Learn to stand up -> Learn to walk with sh!t form -> Learn to walk with good form -> Learn to run slowly (I'm at this stage atm) -> Learn to run with good form and endurance -> regain good balance and stamina like before stroke so I can do sports
upper body
Regain shoulder, arm and hand mobility -> Improve arm movement form, speed and accuracy -> Be able to use left arm to work and do normal things (i'm at this stage atm) -> go back to lifting weights
When you have a stroke you lose control of a lot muscles, they can become deactivated or become super tight (tighter over time too) so stretching tight muscles are really useful. Some people's muscles become so tight they cant open their hand for example.
I've had really good results using machines at the gym to help rehab. Leg Extension helped me reactivate my quads. Seated leg curl and seated leg press were amazing too. For shoulders rehab cables are amazing. All the mirrors around the gym helped me practice walking around with good form. Made me realise the knowledge from years of lifting actually helped a lot with recovery.Last edited by One Badass Mofo; 03-05-2021 at 11:37 PM.

Pretty sure I had this when I was making a 2 hour drive when I was 21 and I was loaded on caffeine/monster energy
Happened while I was driving all the sudden my left arm went numb then my whole left side/left side of my face became numb and I had to try pull over into a Mc Donald’s to stop it
Idk if it was an axienty attack from the caffeine and just doing a bunch of high stress chit that day or a stroke lmao
The worst part of it was I didn’t even have a working phone lmao I could only use McDonald’s wifi and I was lost asf. Didn’t kno where I was
Basically had to start a route on the gps while I had WiFi and pray it didn’t undo. Traveling without a phone/gps is legit anxiety inducing
Went to the hospital the day after cause I thought I had a stroke they did a scan where they scan your brain and the doctor said I was fine. Can’t ever trust them though they were mocking me thinking I was just paranoid

I donate blood every 4-6months.
It's something I would personally do regardless of TRT status. Bloodletting has thousands of years of history behind it.
You will find plenty of conjecture if you search, some modern doctors advocating for/against it. But personally I feel better a day after I donate blood. Whether or not its a placebo I can't say but you just get this odd "Fresh" feeling; hard to put into words. It feels good enough for me to keep coming back though.

yeah I have to take aspirin (blood thinner) and Atorvastatin (lowers cholesterol) daily forever now.
They did a surgery to close off the hole in my heart so it wont pump blood clots into my brain as easily. The surgery involves inserting a device through the vein near your groin up to your heart¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good work OP, glad you recovered mostly and are about to be fully recovered in about 2 months
What do you think could have contributed to this besides the atrial hole you had that needed surgical repair? You said irregular sleep patterns and stress but what about diet? Is there anything you wished you had done differently there? Or anything else you think you were doing that could have caused the stroke?
I ask because I had a really big scare as well earlier and had to go to the hospital for what I thought was a heart issue. Turned out every single test came back perfectly normal. Really lucky, but fuk dude, heart and brain issues have to be the worst. Was never more anxious and nervous in my life broWord is Bond
