    yeah i'm stretching and stuff, i went to a physio awhile ago but stopped after like 6 sessions cause he gave me stretches to do everyday but it's still ****ed

    went to physio awhile ago, but i'm going to have to go again.

    after i've been sat down for like 10 minutes if I move my neck it'll all crunch too
