I work weekends midnight to whenever we are done. I take c4 original so I'm awake and able to function and I take 24 oz of Gatorade mix to drink on all day plus water. I urinate a couple times a day but when I get home I'm in the bathroom every 30 minutes. Is one of these making me retain water or maybe acting like a diuretic?

The caffeine in C4 will act as a mild diuretic, combined with the 24oz of gatorade and however much else you drink before going home probably means you get home with a full bladder.Originally Posted by OldPapa

I would agree with the two above, might have you in the bathroom a little but keeping your hydration up is a good thing!
