Could someone please direct me to a good place to buy a box for box squatting? I tried to search, but to no avail.

Like someone else said, go to the lumber yard (Home Depot, Lowes, etc...) buy a 2x6, 2x8, etc..., what ever height you want the minimum height to be, probably a 2x6, then buy a piece of 3/4" plywood, just like a half sheet or quarter sheet, then a stall mat (to adjust the height). The most expensive part would probably be the stall mat unless you use some other material to build up the height. I think I bought my stall mats for $35.00 a piece 4'x8'.
Or, if you live out in the middle of nowhere, cut down a thick tree and cut into different height of stumps. Be sure the bottoms are not uneven to prevent wobble.

buy a 10in box and a bunch of 15mm plywood squares that you can add and subtract to your liking. that will give you a huge range of depths to work with.
If what I see does not amaze me, I am not looking hard enough.
The more you learn, the more you realize you don't know.

My dad is pretty handy with woodworking; he built the entire cabinetry of our kitchen and numerous other items. I'll talk to him about making one. It may be a while because he still has to do some other stuff so we can have a more functional kitchen.
