Experiencing problems, probably because not enough fat

I'm 159 lbs currently and experiencing some problems for the past 5 months (kinda low drive and motivation, not a good mood overall, low libido, also not seeing a lot of gains - probably messed with my hormones too) and I figured it's probably because of my lack of fat in my diet (40-45 grams currently). Eating around 170 g of protein and kinda lots of carbs, since I love them (no junk tho. Mostly veggies, fruits, whole grain bread and wheat flakes.

The fat I'm having currently is coming from 5 eggs daily and a little bit of greek yogurt. I'll add some peanut butter and I'll up it to 70-75. Should I get better fairly quick? Since I'm also 22, pretty young. Hope it's not that bad tgat I need to see an endocrinologist or smth.

Edit: Also never had my testosterone level tested. Should I do it?

You say you're not seeing gains. How much weight have you gained per month?

Are you making consistent strength gains?

If you're gaining weight and making consistent strength gains in the medium rep ranges on a good program you should definitely be seeing gains. Even if your fat intake is too low.

Been eating 2900 cals for the past 6 weeks. No weight or strength gain. Actually lost almost 1 pound during these 6 weeks. Upped to 3050-3100 3 days ago. Now I'll replace 500 cals worth of my sugary cereal and some wheat flakes with fats, probably peanut butter or raw nuts.

Well as you probably realised already you were eating too little. Let's see how you do on your new diet.

Recommended fat minimum is 0.4 gram per lb. More is fine too.

I've experienced these symptoms in the past, due to a combination of poor diet, too large of a deficit (and possibly also stress).
Getting back on a balanced diet and then a surplus fixed it for me. Sounds like you are in a similar situation.
