Now that I’ve stopped can I reverse the effects it had on me

Feel like it also aged me

I’m 27 I wanna still look 20ish

Can I reverse it? Please

Anyone else know how to look young as fk? Prevent aging? Any products?

Depending on what foods you eat your skin might look a little less elastic but it really comes down to genetics.

I've eaten relatively chit food for the last 15ish years, and still look really good for my age. It's mostly genetics and bodyfat IMO. Obviously sun exposure as well, but it takes quite a bit of accumulation for that to be a big deal.

I have a good friend who has been pescatarian since like 2008 and runs marathons, and he looks at least a few years older than I do.

I know that high antioxidant diets can help against aging. I read that vitamin C intake can mitigate oxidative damage from UV rays and cellular metabolism. antioxidants include vitamins a c e zinc selenium, etc

Not just poor diet that ages you but smoking, heavy drinking, out in the sun all the time and lack of exercise. You can turn theses things around when you're young but it gets progressively harder the older you get.

The most important is just dont be fat, you dont have to be shredded but keep your stomach flat, include fasting in your lifestyle and stay relatively active.

Also dokt smoke/drink beyond reason. the rest is genetics imo

Here is my (opinion). Can you reverse? No. But you have fixed what may be causing you to look like you are aging quickly. Take care of your skin and stick to your diet and what may happen is you will go back to aging 'normally' or even slower than those in your age group - especially those who aren't taking care of themselves. Over time, you will probably notice that you actually look younger, have healthier skin etc, then they do. There may be supplements that will help like collagen etc.

So yeah fast food and processed crap will age you faster.

These foods also deplete you of vitamins and minerals that are needed for collagen and antioxidant protection, like vitamin c, zinc, magnesium, selenium etc etc

Bad food won't age you as fast as malnutrition AKA lack of nutrients required to sustain the body

But it will age you faster than carrot juice, cucumbers and olives
