    Either; it's an endurance enhancer so could be beneficial for either situation, if you feel you need it. Most likely will only benefit you if you have very long, grueling workouts

    There is minimal to nil value for most body comp goals. As Smokinal noted it's endurance based. So unless you're working out >2.5 hours, it's not going to do much for you. In you were an endurance athlete, training or competing >2.5 hours or multiple times per day, then it may offer some benefit. Otherwise, it's pointless.

    Agreed. I've also gotten used to is that it doesn't do anything for me anymore, I don't get the tingling feeling in my fingertips no matter what brand I use. In summary, I think it's overrated.

    It is normal for that tingling to go away, but still be beneficial. When I was on a pretty good dose of it daily, I only got the tingles for about 2-3 days but felt the benefits from it from there on.

    It's one of those things that you build a tolerance to, but regardless of feeling it it's working. 200mg of caffeine is still 200mg of caffeine regardless of you not getting the "energy" from it like you use to. The mechanisms are still the same in the body.
