    Needing help making a meal plan to reach my protein goal

    I plugged in my stats to the protein calculator, and I need 240 grams of protein in order to build muscle. I am not sure what to eat really for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hit this goal. I mean I could eat 3 eggs in the morning but that would not even be enough especially to get to 240 grams of protein. The same goes for lunch and dinner? I weigh 170 lbs 23 years old 6 foot and I am moderately active with a active job as a valet.

    You don't need that much protein, not even close.
    0.7g/lb is all you need so for you that's only 120grams
    Bench: 365

    Deadlift: 535

    I weigh 170lbs right now, and shoot for a minimum of 125g/day and rarely go above 150. That's plenty, especially with a moderately active lifestyle. 240g sounds miserable, that'd be damn near half my daily calories coming from protein.
