I plugged in my stats to the protein calculator, and I need 240 grams of protein in order to build muscle. I am not sure what to eat really for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hit this goal. I mean I could eat 3 eggs in the morning but that would not even be enough especially to get to 240 grams of protein. The same goes for lunch and dinner? I weigh 170 lbs 23 years old 6 foot and I am moderately active with a active job as a valet.
