For passwords, just use a manager like KeePass that encrypts your passwords and helps you generate complex, unique ones.

--The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use. Instead, biceps is used in both singular and plural (i.e., when referring to both arms). The form bicep [sic], although common even in professional contexts, is considered incorrect. (from Wikipedia)

There are ways to bypass Windows login with third party tools. The easiest is by using a Linux Live Distro that will allow you to reset or bypass Windows login altogether.

But I was originally referring to those that just leave their PC turned on without locking it. Even still, if I could login on your PC, it's not that difficult to grab your website passwords that you have stored on your account (Windows).

Unless I am missing something.
If you are using 2FA then that is a good way to deter most people. However, 2FA is not full-proof. There are ways that hackers can bypass these security measures (ex. SIM card swapping). It's highly technical but not impossible.

But I was mainly referring to the 90% of people that do not lock their computers nor can't be bothered with 2FA.
