Question pain in finger joints due to powerlifting

    Hello everyone,
I am experiencing alot of pain in my finger joints, middle joint n base, and all this is due to powerlifting. it is so much that I cant even lift 100kg normally and even in bench press, I am not able to lock close my hands.

recently due to lockdown, I missed my gym for a week and my hands got perfect by the end of the week and now again started going and pain came again,

what should I do about this ?? any recommendatons ?? any supplements to cure this ? I was thinking to use Animal Flex. will that help ??

all this pains started about may b 6-7 months earlier. before that everything was normal.

Do you do alot of grip training? If not do add in a little bit of forearm work. Use lifting straps for heavy rows, shrugs, and other stuff. Take Glucosamine/Chondroitin for your joints
