Love living at my parents house in Calabasas rent free, but kind of want my own place...
Bought a sound system for my room, with a subwoofer.
Whenever I'm smashing I just slap some pandora or spotify, works pretty well to maintain privacy...
Can smoke all the tree I want.
I work from home and also trade meme stonks.
Life's pretty good.
Wondering if I should even become a rentcel lmao.

You're welcome. Norman is a college town with a weather museum and a stellar drive-in, really not any different from any other midwest college town. OKC is a cool, quaint city that's just big enough. I'd definitely recommend OKC over Norman but it's located close enough that the distance is mostly negligible. Anywhere you end up in Oklahoma is the same: Guns, God, GG4.

Probably getting a youth visa to Estonia that lasts a year and then renting some $200 - $300 studio in a suburb. Though the HBBs aren't very accessible as I heard online. And I used to live in Latvia (a poorer clone of Estonia) and the girls were super tough there.
Realistically I would say some 2nd or 3rd tier city of Philippines where you can get a $75 - $150 apartment and be surrounded by thin women and only approach the ones with asses / tits. But I know misc is all about white supremacy so I know most of you would never go for it.

Hold up... OK is legal now?
Medical MJ is about to be legal in Mississippi and if you want cheap rent and HBBs everywhere look at one of the college towns there.
Oxford - Tons of hbbs from Texas, Georgia and Tennessee. Most of the dudes who go there are no real competition at all unless you are also a limp wristed rich kid from north Jackson. The town is incredibly small at only around 10k people but since the school is there they have plenty to do.
Starkville - Bigger than Oxford at around 35k people and with MSU being an agricultural and engineering school it has more guys than girls. Still tons of hbbs but they are usually locally grown instead of imported like Oxford. Guys there are tougher competition as well. A lot more gym bros and masculine men in Starkville than Oxford. Rent is cheaper though
Hattiesburg - City is much bigger than the other 2 at over 100k but rent is cheap and the hbbs are plentiful. USM is like 80% women so they are desperate and usually from the gulf coast of Louisiana, Alabama or Mississippi. It's only 1.5 hours to the beach and casinos down there as well. Picking up women at bars there is like shooting fish in a barrel. You'd have to experience it to believe it6'2"

Jackson State has some fine looking black chicks. The campus there is strange though. It's downtown and right next to some cool bars and like a block away from the ghetto. The bars in downtown Jackson are something else. Go in one and in the same bar you'll see everything from attorneys to college aged kids to bikers to rednecks to soundcloud rappers

Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma all have some of the lowest cost of living in the country, but it sounds like you should stay in CA.
“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“

Property tax is extremely high for Mississippi and you wouldn't want to live there. The vast majority of people who work and party there live in the burbs. I will say that the guy who is the mayor now is doing his best to try and make the city better but a couple of the city council members do everything they can to block him at every turn. For Jackson to get better it would take 20 years of mayors just like him trying to get rid of corruption and clean the place up. There are a lot of good places in the metro area to live depending on your personal style and what you are going for
