Hey everyone. I'm new here
I was trying to decide between
ProJym (I've used it)
1st phorm Phormula 1 (interested in trying)
Dymatize Iso 100 (I've used it)
I'm at Sam's club now and decided on iso 100. 'm just confused.
I don't see the flavor from sams club anywhere on Dymatize website and the nutritional label on this jug says whey protein isolate as the first ingredient.
On other jugs of their protein it says hydrolyzed before it. Is this still the same stuff. Just wondering if I should buy somewhere else. Thanks!
