What would you recommend as the best 1 or 2 testosterone boosters for building muscle (not necessarily concerned with increasing libido)?
And why you recommend the 2 products

The only supplement that may actually boost testosterone is Vitamin D - but that is making the assumption that you are deficient in both vitamin D and testosterone the first place.

Personally I think if you are determined to pursue raising test levels then you need to know what they are - finger prick tests are now easy to get at a good price as is a vit D test. Just make sure you get a test that determines total test, albumen and SHBG so they can calculate free test.
Once you know what your levels are you will know if a trip to the doctor is in order or if you need to supplement vit D.
I reckon a lot of pale skinned folks in the northern hemisphere are probably low in vit D because the message is that the sun will destroy you with cancer and you need to cover up.

Actually there's a lot that's not obvious and we can't assume.
What is low - total test/free test/both?
What is your SHBG doing?
How old are you and what were your actual levels?
Do you mean within range but at the lower end or below normal levels for your age?
Did your doctor check you out to see what might be going on?
Do you know your Vit D level?
What's your diet like? (particularly fats)
Have you been cutting hard lately?
What's your sleep pattern like?

all great questions if i were looking for some overall advice.
however, i was simply looking for a t-boost supp recommendation, which none of that info is necessary to provide a recommendation of a product.
again, manwittaplan, thanks for your useful response. if you want to send me a pm, that'd be great.
for the rest of you, thx, but, peace out, next time, consider spending your time more wisely on useful recommendations only.
i'm unsubcribed.

There´s a common myth that no supplements can raise testosterone. This is completely wrong. MOST of the testosterone boosters out there won´t raise your levels, but there are some powerful ones that absolutely does.
Don´t use tribulus or maca (Common "testosterone boosters") They will just increase libido, and excessive masturbating will temporary decrease testosterone so that´s the opposite of what we want.
There´s two good supplements that has proven to raise testosterone and I´ve myself had great results with these too. You should take them together for the strongest possible result.
1. Tongkat Ali.
There´s a number of studies done on this supplement and every single one proves it raises testosterone, even if in my opinion the studies uses pretty weak doses.
While the single pretty weak dose per day the studies use certainly will give you results, I would recommend taking 1000mg 200:1 extract in the morning and the same dose in the evening for 5 days followed by a 2 day pause. The pause is important.
This can be cycled again and again for several weeks but you should take a 1 week break every now and then.
PS. Don´t buy pure powder as it´s 200 times weaker than the 200:1 extract you want, and the effects will be barely noticeable.
2. Nettle root extract
This isn´t quite as powerful but in my opinion it´s very important to stack with tongkat ali. While tongkat ali works by sending signals to your body to produce more testosterone, this one works in a completely different way.
Nettle root raises testosterone mainly by blocking your testosterone from converting to estrogen and DHT. But not only that, nettle root also contain substances called ligans, which bind to SHBG. This reduces the amount of SHBG that will bind your testosterone and make it useless.
An ideal dose of nettle root extract isn´t know but personally I take 1000mg 10:1 extract in the evening.
So stacking these supplements will give you maximum results.Last edited by Teenboyy; 03-22-2021 at 11:59 AM.

Look at my thread, at least 4 before and after cycles over the course of almost a year
Screenshots of my lab results show the dates the blood was drawn and I would get blood drawn again after
I can’t comment on other brands but for this one (which is listed in an ongoing thread) I have plenty of proof.Kid Covid
