    Yes and those lawyers you're thinking of would be on par with the Trump teams attorneys.

    An employer following guidance from the government and physicians would likely not be found liable for negligence. It's not rocket science; if the government says something is a direct threat and provides guidance on how to deal with it, an employer acting upon that guidance would likely not be negligent. The employer is following current public policy.

    I posted the EEOC guidance last page, it answers many of your questions.

    FDA approval procedures exist for a reason. It doesn't matter if it's based on an existing drug type or technology.     New data shows many Black Americans remain hesitant to get Covid-19 vaccine.

    There is no breach of privacy. You aren’t being forced to give up documents because there is no requirement to hold the job you have.     Sold the business in 2016. I guess I got lucky, or I did know most all of that, as it pertains to the state I operated in, and the lawyers I retained I could ask any questions I was unsure of before doing it.
