We required all forward facing employees to become vaccinated if they wanted to continue their roles. We scheduled them and their families appointments if they qualified; some of the family members declined, the most common response was "I don't want to take a shot that could go to an old person first".

Nobody had an issue, everybody wanted a vaccine as quickly as possible; we do not hire idiots.

A few people did not qualify for the requirements in Texas, but our vaccine scheduler didn't have a problem with scheduling them in March instead of February.

The Moderna vaccine caused a few of them to be sick for a day after the first shot. The ones that have had their second shot were a little sicker afterwards. One developed hives 10 days later.

My wife, mother in law and myself had very little side effects. A hurt arm and maybe 2 hours of sleepiness.

Ive never heard of an employer outside of maybe the medical community asking about any vaccinations. You fill out medical history because company insurance wants a profile of the employees but never answered a question about shots. Not since middle school have i disclosed my MMR or Hep vaccine to someone. And Im 38 with a dozen employers in 2 states under my belt.

How are you going to prove in court where you contracted the virus? Thousands of people in NY supposedly got it without ever leaving their apartment. But yes...doctors, corporations, and drug companies can all be exempt from the repercussions of their actions (including horrible effects from the vaccine) but for some reason you seem to think people can’t be exempt and should all be forced to take a questionable shot with questionable effectiveness for a questionable amount of time and questionable short & long term effects.
