I usually do 100 Lbs. for six, 80 Lbs. for eight, 50 lbs. for 12.

I start my arm workouts with barbell curls. Usually:
65 x 20
95 x 20
155 x 14
205 x 8, sometimes 225 x 2 or 3
Form loosens up a little as I increase weight. But I’m all about high reps and heavy weight. Especially when natty I feel you gotta hit arms 10x harder than a juicer whose arms grow just by looking at them crosseyed.
