    Hi y'all I was wondering how much do you think i will need to lose to get abs? I'm about 175 here.

    I did try to bulk for about three month and I manage to put on some mass. That picture had wack lighting. Here's the end of my bulk.

    and even when they lose that fat, they may have lost some muscle in the process

    ... or they just look too small because there's no fat to make the muscles look bigger

    Three months isn't enough time to put on any significant amount of muscle.

    ATM, to get to "10%" you need to lose 20-30 pounds of fat and frankly you'll probably just look "Skinny" once you get there rater than "ripped".
