Can anybody tell me a way to increase my biceps without using gym equipments? There's a COVID-19 pandemic which is what causes infections among the gym freaks in the local bodybuilding gym near me.
Of course, I don't wanna go. Yes, I will gain big biceps by going to the gym but I'll be in a coffin after two weeks. Who wants that?
Help!

Stand with your back against the wall then fold your leg on top of the other in the shape of a 4..then you can curl your top leg In your hand & add as much resistance to it as you'd like

Progressive overload is the key
Curl chair every day
Chair too easy?
Curl table every day
Table too easy?
Curl fridge every day
Fridge too easy?
Get very fat girlfriend, curl her every day
Very fat girlfriend too easy?
Add 2000 more calories daily to her diet
Just shove it down her throat... I am talking about the spoon
The fatter you make her, the bigger your biceps will be
"Reminds me of the good ol' days back in 03-04 when ripptoes/5 by 5/hit/doggcrap reigned supreme and you did not need direct arm work for big biceps. Rows and chins were it. "Ever see a guy rowing 300+lbs with chicken arms?". Ah yes those were the days. God bless amusclehead and his twisted one dimensional views along with the rest of the former flock."

probably the easiest muscle to work
just grab some random chit and curl it, grab some progressively heavier chit when you are ready and curl it
curled my friend's cat once, she was a fat cat, don't think she liked it at all

Lolz. I thought girls get easier to pick up the heavier they get.
There's plenty good advice ITT and do use your time now to perfect form whether you're doing chin-ups or curling something. And add to that, if you lack enough weight for curling, you can give yourself some extra resistance by doing the rep as if it were isometric — intentionally making the rep heavier for yourself. I do that as an add-on to mind-muscle even at the gym. Going slow, and trying to give myself more resistance, and going somewhat lighter on the weights (i.e. complete opposite of the CrossFit way).
