We’ve all been there and done that right? Back when I joined this board I had 12-15 egg whites a day, only 1 yoke . Meal timing was a thing too then.

They were effective without consequence. I'm not sure we see another republican, probably closer to full-on unitary system eventually leading to a dictatorship, with someone trying to fight the unitary system successfully.
