Yes bro, you need to up your quality. Basically a vodka water mix with light flavoring, if your getting juiced off beers or mixing liquor with pops/juices, it will only get far worse.


Also say good bye to drinking all night, blacking out and then day drinking the next day, that will be a 3 day hang over son.

In my experience your only hope is to drink beer only, and take 800mg of ibuprofen before bed and again when you wake up. Decreases the overall inflammation that your body is going through. Downside is I heard that increases the risk of strokes. Other than that a gatorade G2 is all that I know of, and my hangovers have always been way more noticeable and sucked way worse than my friends going back to college. I've tried everything imaginable and this is really all that works for me.

Don't take pills when you're drinking or after. Don't compound the negative effects of drinking by popping those pills.

Drink water now and then at the bar, chug a gatorade before bed and have a meal at one point. Also don't mix the world when you're drinking. Yeah hangovers will still suck but you can still be productive the next day.

Alcohol acts as an osmotic diuretic and dehydrates the fuk out of you. You need water to rehydrate. Salt helps too but does lead to bloating. Water is essential. If you just have salt, you’ll do yourself no favors - plus you’re having soup which is salt and water so you’re already doing what I said. Good boy.

Low-calorie/no calorie sports drinks like powerade zero, propel, etc. are the best thing you can do for them. Both before you go to bed, and speeding up the recovery process the next day.

The real solution is to just avoid it altogether, though. Getting tanked off booze is not worth it the vast majority of the time, if ever, beyond your early 20's perhaps. Drink for enjoyment if you're going to do it at all, not just to get hammered and feel like chit the next day.
