I turned 27 a few weeks ago and it feels like the last few years time has started to move very quickly.

Life started flying by for me around 35. Coincidentally thats around when I was serious with my now wife, had kids, etc.
I feel like I have lived 3 different lifetimes already. Childhood, single adulthood and married adult life. All great from different perspectives. I was thinking the other day, "today, right now.....is the first time in awhile where I was not stressed about anything big."
The feeling of being about to completely chill out and be happy with where you are is as good as that feeling you get when you get to the club, the perfect song is playing and your buzz kicks in just perfectly. Of course these are very different places in my life, but the feeling is honestly similar. I guess in one word its the feeling of satisfaction.

From 25 on I felt like this.
I think it depends on how you live your life though. If you're pulling off 12 hour nightshifts all week then time flies and your brain degrades.
If you challenge yourself and keep life exciting, then time should go slower.
When I go for a run or try to meditate for an hour, time absolutely slows down to a crawl

Seems to me it really felt like it picked up after 35,
Mind you, till that point I was single and doing whatever the fukk I wanted whenever the fukk I wanted with absolutely no responsibilities other than paying the mortgage.
Protip: when you are 10, one year is 1/10th of your life. When you are 40, one year is 1/40th of your life. Still 365 days, but it is 4 times smaller than one year when you are ten, naturally it will feel like it flew by 4 times faster.
