I've tried some fried bugs a while back, it wasn't bad. Would definitely consider adding it to my diet if it made nutritional sense. I would treat them the same as I treat shrimp. Would never give up meat though.

I assume anti-bug people are also anti shrimp, anti-lobster, etc.

Crickets are really catching on....easy to make them into just about anything including high protein flower plus they are extremely easy to raise and take up almost no space and have more protein pound for pound than mammals. Plus there is no slaughtering process, you just dry the whole fukker out and grind it up.
