what is the best training split program for this schedule:
M= weight
T= running (speed)
W= weight
TH= running (tempo)
F= weight
S= OFF
Su= Long run

Probably a full body on those 3 days. Or you could do an upper, lower then full body. You just need to determine your optimum volume for the week and program accordingly.
