hello, i'm already 3-4 months in cutting and in the last deal every night with hunger and unless i eat i can't sleep. What I've been doing is eating and counting the calories the next day. Is it okay for me to do that?

Same for me, my BMR is more or less 2'300 and I have been 10 weeks between 1'750 and 1'900. For such a long cut I would suggest you to reduce calorie deficit now, you won't get fat, no worries but waking up daily at 4 a.m. almost starving is definitively not healthy and not something you should run more than 3/4 months, especially if you are already 12%

If I were you i might just add extra 100 -200 cal from Veg, and salads and see what will happen.
Personally I`m always hungry even when i`m bulking at 3300 Cal... the best way for me is to eat more and more salad and vegetables until I feel full.
TBH i don`t think you should fight your hunger,, If you`r hungry just eat something
