    waking up every night with hunger

    hello, i'm already 3-4 months in cutting and in the last deal every night with hunger and unless i eat i can't sleep. What I've been doing is eating and counting the calories the next day. Is it okay for me to do that?

    yes i eat quark and skyr and peanut butter before bedtime which are very satiating but i wake up at 3 or 4 am to pee and then i can't sleep hungry

    i think i have a 500 calorie deficit.I calculated that my maintenance calories are 2570. I am 24 years old, 181cm, 77kg, 12-13 bodyfat. I work out 4x50min a week and do light cardio 45min 3 times a week and I have a sedentary job

    Same for me, my BMR is more or less 2'300 and I have been 10 weeks between 1'750 and 1'900. For such a long cut I would suggest you to reduce calorie deficit now, you won't get fat, no worries but waking up daily at 4 a.m. almost starving is definitively not healthy and not something you should run more than 3/4 months, especially if you are already 12%

    If I were you i might just add extra 100 -200 cal from Veg, and salads and see what will happen.
    Personally I`m always hungry even when i`m bulking at 3300 Cal... the best way for me is to eat more and more salad and vegetables until I feel full.
    TBH i don`t think you should fight your hunger,, If you`r hungry just eat something

    I don’t count calories from vegetables or salads and even then I’ve been losing weight steadily.
