    work them with the same intensity you'd work the rest of your body out with

    try to hit them at least twice a week, 3 times if you can. pick a couple exercises and do a combo of high rep(12-15)/light to moderate weight and heavy weight/lower reps(8-10)

    also i always burned out with like 50-60 body weight standing calf raise

    have been able to get mine from like 11-12 inches to 17 inches cold no pump

    I have a theory about this, actually. I think the answer is is flexing your calves when your masturbate srs. Have you ever seen guys and girls with big calves? Like abnormally big? They always look like serial masturbaters to me. I don't know what it is, but my intuition is never wrong, and intuitively, every time I see these big calves freaks I know without a shadow of a doubt that they are overindulging in self pleasure (very very srs).

    Don't want them to get bigger but full range pause on top on a smith machine with some sort of elevation for the stretch at the bottom. 4 sets of 16x300 twice a week + uphill sprints.

    You will tone nicely, but hypertrophy is tough.

    I’ve heard uphill sprints do wonders in combination with a generalized calf routine.
