That's an infrared (IR) camera you're using, it is picking up IR light, invisible to the naked eye.

You say the power is literally switched off to the light bulb, so it's probably your phone or other device on the nightstand. Maybe try getting a close-up view of what the light is coming from.

Otherwise you're 100% being haunted and it sounds like the ghost is already cucking you. "There was a man laying behind me, but that's all I remember hehe."

Is there an electrical wall switch behind the bed? If so is the lamp connected to it? If mot os there something else connected to it? Im asking ..cause if the plug is held by the bed board and its a bit loose....it might short circuit and cause this.


I suggest you plug the lamp to another electrical outlet and see if this happens

Buddy I imagine you had the logged off - dark in the room. Right? Which means your camera is throwing out Infra red and recording whatever is bouncing back. So there is something there (your phone) that is spitting out infrared and your camera is recording it.

Try looking around that table everything electronic and if it could have a IR source. Move to another location in the room. That should confirm this. If not, I’d be moving the fuk out asap

The one thing that is concerning in those videos, because the light flickering could have multiple possibilities, is the orb in the 3rd video. Mix that with bad sleep and sleep paralysis, then that is a weird combination.

I had sleep paralysis for the first time since I was a kid last week. Then had imagery and constant thoughts of a neighbor I grew up with my whole life who was killed on the side of a road by a drunk guy in a vehicle in 2018. She was a year younger than me. Lived down the street. Went to school with, rode the bus together, etc. We have the same birthday just one year apart. I literally spent 3 hours from 2am to 5am awake thinking of her and I didn't know why. Directly after I had an extremely scary case of sleep paralysis.

So I'm in between two thoughts. Could be nothing and just something weird with your lights/camera, and keep be something paranormal to an extent.

Dunno what phone you got but yea it might work - unless the back of the phone has an IR emitter - with all the tech in phones these days knows.

Just keep the phones on the other side of the bed - facing the same way as before and it’ll confirm any speculations.

The shape of the light being recorded is consistent with what I’ve seen on CCTV footage - I have a couple dozen cameras and half of them have night vision. One of them malfunctioned many years ago and would record flashing lights like in your footage only difference being entire area would be flashing (IR emitter in the camera was bad I think and the indoor alley way it was recording was pitch black. Like absolute darkness
