Bruh I was legit a 7.8x6 before I started jelqing

I didn’t even jelq that much just did 3-5 mins every other day (like 5-10 strokes/jelqs)

And I went from 7.8 to 8.1.

So I didn’t even jelq that hard. And I did fowfers for like 30 min 3x a week

But I started doing it hard for like a month tho and I think I lost girth from it but gained even more length(it returned after I stopped)
