    Same for me that it comes and goes but very random when it does occur

    I never identified a trigger to cause it, or anything that would help if it did set in either

    At certain points i will just give up trying to sleep for time being and tried to do something somewhat active
    That will usually solve it well enough to try again to sleep 15-30m later if i need to

    I get this sometimes but in my dink, 100%dedfuknsrs. Like I get a bonrar and it gets a weird restless feeling (again totally srs) and I have to kegel hard or something and it goes away after awhile. Doesn't hurt or anything just weird.

    Great response, I appreciate it srs. I read about the iron deficiency but that’s fine by blood work (med lab at work). Will try foam rolling but if you want to help with massage I won’t say no .
